General Terms and Conditions:

Consultation fees per dog have to be paid in advance to the session (preferably a day before the consult).

Consultation needs to be pre-booked.

Dog training or any behavioural modification programme is done in the presence of adult family member(s) and is a process and requires time, so a minimum of 24 sessions (2 months) are necessary. However, it differs from every dog, some may require more and some less. Sessions or programmes are designed to work at your dog’s pace and comfort with positive and humane methods only.

Each session fee mentioned at the time of consult is non-negotiable.

Training sessions have to be booked in advance.

All sessions advance fees are mandatory before the commencement of a training or behavioural programme. In a week not more than 3 sessions will be conducted.

If the client wishes to discontinue with the behavioural programme or training sessions 50% of the remaining amount will be refunded.

Zoomies have the right to discontinue training and behavioural programmes, in which case the entire remaining amount will refunded.

During a behavioural consult Zoomies can click pictures or shoot a video of your dog(s) which will be helpful for designing a specific behavioural training programme. This will be private and will not be posted on any social media accounts.

Zoomies have the right to click pictures and videos of training sessions with clients dog(s) and post it on professional social media accounts.

Behavioural training programme is as per the problems assessed during the first consult.

The training or behavioural programme is specific to the dog(s) that the programme has been designed for and should not be used in part or whole with any third party.

In no event will Zoomies be held responsible under any circumstances whatsoever to the client for lack of time and effort.

In no event will Zoomies be liable to the client or any third party for damages or losses.

In no event will Zoomies be liable for any loss, injury or liability to the client.

It is compulsion to keep your dog(s) on collar and leash at all times during the consult and for all training sessions.
